Information on IPD classes for your consideration:
Little Dragons (Ages 4-7) [30 min] – For younger attention spans. Class focus on teamwork, following directions, coordination, and basic martial arts skills.
Juniors (Ages 8-12) [30 min] – Fun, energetic martial arts class that teaches basic self defense techniques as well as discipline, respect, self control, and self confidence.
Adults MMA (Ages 18+) and Teens (Ages 13-18) [60 min] – Divided into two portions. The first half of the class is a manageable fun workout that gets your body ready to learn. The second half of class is the technical portion. During this time, you will be introduced to many facets of the martial arts including boxing, kickboxing, grappling, and Kali. These arts will provide you or a loved one the skills needed to help survive an attack, protect your family, and build personal confidence.
Cardio Kickboxing [45 min] – Blends athletic drills with martial arts to create an intense cardiovascular workout. Class begins with a warm up that involves large muscle movements to increase blood flow and heat up the muscles. The main portion of the class involves combinations of punches and kicks that are usually repeated multiple times to ensure mastery.
Boot Camp [45 min] – Get an amazing workout that will push you past your limits with cardio and plyometric drills along with intervals of strength, power, resistance, and core training.
Children’s Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Ages 6-12) [45 min]
Adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Ages 13+) [60 min] - This class is a martial art that focuses largely on grappling and submission ground fighting. It utilizes natural body leverage and proper technique to obtain dominant control on the ground. BJJ has been proven to be an effective method for dealing with bigger and stronger opponents.
